We sell only factory fresh pumps on this website.
We will never sell you a returned pump or refurbished pump from this site.

If you are interested in purchasing a pump that has been handled by someone else and returned to us you can order it from our ebay store here:

The restocking fee for returning a pump is 50%
It will now be sold on our ebay store since it is no longer a factory fresh item.
To avoid this from happening we strongly recommend that you troubleshoot your pump thoroughly and confidently.
There will be no exceptions made to this policy.
