Shipping and Returns
All orders ship within 24 hours of receiving them. We make every effort to ship the same day an order comes in; but sometimes there are situations beyond our control that prohibits us from doing so. If time is of the essence for your order it is always better to call and see if same day shipping is available. If you need something overnighted we insist that you please call to make sure it can be processed and your request granted.
Please check closely that the part you are ordering is the right one. Many items look similar in the spa, bath, and hot tub industry but in fact are very different. We provide measurements and quality photos to help you identify each part. Please read, reread, measure, and remeasure before ordering. If by chance you need to return parts, there will be a 10% restocking fee charged. Please call for an RMA number and ship the parts back to us. Once received and inspected we will credit your account. There will be no returns for any reason on electrical items. No returns past 30 days of your order. No refunds on shipping and handling charges.
If you are unsure of what part you need, you can always email us a picture of what you have for help in identifying your item. If we wrongfully identify the part you need you will not be charged any restocking fees.
